Not Your Standard Bartending Service
If you’re looking to hire a bartender or two to serve drinks at your next event then Event Bar Catering may not be for you. We differ greatly from simple “bartenders” in that we offer full service packages and comply with all legal requirements in the state of California.
When you hire Event Bar Catering you’ll be provided with fully stocked bars, professional mixologists to tend the bars, and all the “tools of the trade” to bring the party to your next event. We are TIPS Certified (Training Intervention Procedures), LEAD Certified (Licensee Education on Alcohol and Drugs), fully licensed and insured.
Don’t trust an event as important as yours to a bartender. Leave it to the experts who can offer you several different service options to make your event a sensation.
How it Works
- Request a Quote: Fill out our Quote Request Form to begin the process.
- We Contact You: Once we receive your request will will contact you ASAP to discuss your event in detail.
- Lock in Your Date and Time: If you decide to move forward with Event Bar Catering we require a $200 deposit to reserve your date and time in our calendar.
- Contact Us if Needed: You may contact us at anytime between making your deposit and the event date if you have any questions whatsoever.
- Coordination: As we approach your event date we will contact you to coordinate any particulars and begin the process of servicing your event.
Beverage Catering Service Options
This is a list of standard services we offer but we are not limited to the options below, if there is something you would like that is not listed or out of the ordinary please inquire.
- Hosted Bar: All drinks are served at no charge to the guests and billed at standard menu pricing at event close.*
- Limited Host Bar: Hosted to a predetermined dollar amount or time limit (Example $1000, or two hours), drinks are served at no charge until the amount/time is reached. After that, guests purchase their own drinks at standard menu pricing.*
- No Host Bar: Guests purchase their own drinks at standard menu pricing.*
